Body Images

Everyone Has a different body type. The way you see body image can change from people to people. You can have curves or you can be skinny. You shouldn't be upset about your body.

To have the perfect body you don't need to be skinny. You also don't have to look like a Barbie. Barbie if she was a real person she wouldn't be able to walk, she would have to crawl because the ration of her body won't be able to support her breasts. If you have big breasts and bigger torso that's okay because it's just your body balancing its self out.

Weight is also a big factor in body images.  Weight has to do with your muscles, height, and fat in your body.  You BMI is the one that calculates your fat more. So if you are 5'11 and athletic and weight 135, that's okay because its your height and muscles. The taller you are the more weight you will have and the shorter you are the less weight.

Models can't determine how you look. Mos models on magazines are Photoshop or they wear a lot of make up. Some models do have a lot of freckles or those little brown spots. Jennifer Lawrence was once Photoshopped, they removed all the freckles she has.

If you do feel fat or overweight instead of complaining about it you should exercise and eat healthy. There is also a difference between having a healthy body and being obese. For me the perfect body image is having a healthy body, it doesn't have to be a skinny body. Just one that in a BMI scale it will tell me that I am healthy and I have a normal weight. I don't care if I have a lot of muscles and look fat.

'That would be one dope 21st birthday!' The Barbie collector demanded her 'own Barbie BUT with my actual body type' including cellulite since '95% of ALL women have it!'
This is what barby would look like

Don't Give Up

The struggle you are in today is the strength you need for tomorrow. Don't give up.
This quote simply means what whatever is going on right now in your life will eventually get better and give you all the power you are going to need for the future, so don't ever give up.

If you want to achieve something, don't just sit there and say that isn't going to happen and stop, keep fighting for it. If you want to make a school sports team, practice before the try-out, practice during the summer, if you can't afford a travel team to be in, just practice in your back yard. If you want to be a writer just write and keep practicing your grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

In the world there are many people that to get their freedom didn't quit just because something got hard. For example, J.K Rowling got rejected by 12 publishing companies. How about if she quit? Will I still be here writing about her? If she quit she would be another regular person in the United Kingdom.

This is my own story, I play volleyball and I din't try out in 8th grade because I thought since I have scoliosis I couldn't play. In 9th grade I tried out for the high school team and I didn't make it. I was about to quit and not play anymore again. Until my friends said they were going to try out but they never did, I still did and I made the team. Also, over the summer I went to open gyms every once a week and stayed in shape. Throughout the season I also improved a lot. I learned my position, I'm more confident, and more aggressive. I'm even planning to get even better to be in varsity.

People will also say things that will make you want to quit. Like:

"your not good enough"
"this is not for you"
"you suck"

But when people say that make them think the opposite and strive for your best. Have you ever given up on anything or wanted to give up on something but didn't?

Dreams

People are going to tell you that you can't accomplish your dreams. I am 100% sure everyone in the world can.

My dream is to go to college in New York City and study Forensic Science or physiology. People are telling me living in the city is going to be expensive and I'm not going to listen to them.  No one can discourage  you. You can do whatever you set your mind to.

I also once told my mom that I wanted to major in writing, which I really don't. As she told me not to because most writers don't end up being wealthy. She also told me that I won't have any money to support my self. I would like to to be a writer but not my biggest dream. I would most likely want to write fiction stories. If I did want to major in writing what my mom told wouldn't change my mind.

So just remember that if you can dream it, you can live it and no matter what people say anything is possible.

Not Caring

I really can't teach you not to care, but I can sure tell you that whatever people say it doesn't matter.  It's not going to matter when your the president of the United States and every one who picked on you is working for you, it's not going to matter. Sometimes words are just words, they don't mean anything unless you make it mean something.

Like I made being called ugly into not being able to look in the mirror and saying you are sure a ugly girl.  When I know I'm not ugly, I have had people who have told me that I could be a model. Sometimes I let myself down and tell myself, "They're lying you could never be a model," but don't do what I do. Just believe in yourself. If you believe in yourself life would be easier and chances are that you won't care what people say about you

Not caring what other people say about you is a big freedom from stress. I think that makes sense.

Words

So I don't know if you like these but here is an other poem written by me s long time ago, like two-three years ago.
Words

Words hurt
Words lie
Words are nothing but bullshit
Words can kill
Words mean nothing to me
To me words are aliens
Aliens from outer space
Words cause suicide
Words don't tell me what to do
They tell me to be myself
Words can tell me that I'm ugly
Words can tell me that I'm weird
Words can hurt me
But words will tell me to be myself
Because I'm perfect the way I am

So that's a very old poem, tell me if you want me to write more poems here or not or if you want to read some of my old poems. That's one of many poems I wrote. That was actually the first poem I wrote for myself or other and not for school. So comment below if you actually like these.

Smile, It'll Make You Feel Better

Guys in life we have to smile some time because of this

If its proven to make you feel better just smile. I have a pretty ugly smile but I smile because one it could make someone else feel better or make yourself feel better.  When I'm in a bad mood, or upset I usually try to watch something funny. It usually makes me feel better and I get a pretty good laugh. If you ever feel upset or just not happy follow that tip.

You Are Perfect

To everyone who think they are not perfect you are perfect in your own way.  No human being is exactly perfect but in your own way you are perfect. Your perfect wether you gay, or lesbian, weather you have a disorder or mental illness. You are PERFECT

Here is a poem I wrote about being perfect.

Perfect
You are perfect,
Weather your gay,
Weather your a clean freak,
Or cut.
You are perfect

Perfection isn't something you can work on
It's something that happens
You can't choose if your perfect
You may make make mistakes
That doesn't make you less perfect

You are perfect
Don't let any one tell you,
You are not.
You are perfect
As perfect can be.

Jessie Jmay have told you you're not perfect but Pink is telling you are. Making mistakes isn't what make you perfect or not, it's how you embrace them.

Please leave a comment of what you want me to write also if you have a question don't be afrid to email me at the email above.

Insecurities

We all have insecurities. If its your whole face or your teeth or how you look we all have them. I still haven't found a way to deal with it. Being called ugly in 6th grade made it harder for me. What I do know is that mo matter what some one has  told me I am beautiful and there is nothing wrong with calling your self beautiful, mostly if no one else would.

In the comment section, i don't care if its anonymous, just list the things that you get complimented on or the things you think make you confident or secure (It doesn't have to be on your body, it could be whats in the inside). I'll list mine right here:
  • Eyes (without glasses)
  • Legs
  • Eye lashes
  • Body image (I don't have a model one but I'm comfortable)
  • Writer
  • Volleyball player
  • Helpful
Those are some of mine, wow that was hard, but it made me feel better.  You don't have to do this but I'll tell you my insecurities.
  • My back because I have acne there
  • My face
  • My teeth because I have braces
  • My eyebrows because it's an uni-brow
  • My thighs
  • My hair
I think that is all I can think of right know. All you have to remember is that your insecurities someone else may like them. I have a whole bunch of make up because I try to hide them. I have also Ombre hair because I thought my hair look boring but know I want to cut it because it's really dry. Sometimes I wonder if I really need my make up or if I really did need to dye the bottom of my hair.  Sometimes I look at actresses and ask my self why can't I look like them, why can't I be as pretty as Jennifer Love Hewitt when she was my age. That is one reason for my insecurities because I compare my self to others.
So I found this on Google images and thought it was perfect for this post.

Just remember you are beautiful.

Bullying

BULLYING- V. Use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants.

Bullying is something that happens to everyone, even if you are the bully. Bullying doesn't just happen to the smart kids that do good in school, it happens to the kids that play sports, I know there is a word for them I just forgot it right now. Bullying is something that has to stop.
Two out of three are verbally  or physically harassed every year.
That's 66 percent of teens that get bullied. If you are one of those 66% don't hide it, say something. To me, to teachers, parents, to someone. You can even tell a good friend that will understand, they'll try to help. I never actually never told anyone because I acted like I didn't care. But there are many times when I cry my self to sleep, where I flicked a hair tie to my wrist because I was too scared to cut my self.

When I was bullied the most was in 5th and 6th grade. In fifth grade I moved because my parents didn't like the location and write know I don't remember any of their names. I remember what they did to me and their faces but that is all I remember about the bullies in fifth grade. In 6th grade the bullies are still my classmates because I haven't moved districts.  There was this one time we were in Math and I remembered we were working in groups and I don't really like brushing my hair, until know, and she told me "You should buy a brush" I didn't say anything back, but I wanted to. The people in my group I think they were a little bit supportive but the good thing was that my group was next to the teachers desk. I don't think he did anything. That really hurt me inside but it didn't make me want to change. This is the first time I actually told anyone.

I never have gotten bullied to the point where I wanted to hurt myself, If you can't control it please tell someone, I've always have been able to control it. Some things that help me are talking to my teddy bears, it sound weird but it helps. If you are in middle school or high school you have guidance counselor they are there to help you. I'm also here to help you.
