Working Out

So working out and getting in shape isn't a bad thing. If you are going to workout do it to feel good about your body and to be healthy, and to get better at the sport you play.

It doesn't matter what you do to workout if you do it in your room at the gym. There are so many fun and easy exercises to get in shape. At first it could be hard but if you start with 10 minutes and you keep going up, it'll eventually will get easy.  If you are out of shape, you should be prepared to be sore.

I found this app for the iPad where it tells you different exercises and it gives you different type of workout for different areas of your body. Its called Sworkit. You can also choose how long you want to do the workout for it 5-60 minutes. It also has videos on how to do each thing if you don't understand it. You can also buy the full version if you want to, which tracks what you do everyday. If you MyFitnessPlan you can also connect it to that app.

If you do have a busy life and don't have time to workout, I'm pretty sure you can find at least five minutes and do a really intense workout in those five minutes. You can do burpees but jump when you come up. IT helps you work out everything, you can do planks and hold it for 10 seconds or how ever long you can and do that for one minute, squat jumps, or just squats. The workouts I know are mostly for volleyball that is why I do a lot of jumping exercises.

Don't forget to eat healthy too, which can be kind of hard for someone that eats a lot of junk food, like me. If you do want to be healthy you have to eat healthy too.  Another key to working out is to be motivated. I'm motivated to not eat sugary thing by making a bet with my moth that I can go with out it for a month, it starts tomorrow (maybe).

So remember, don't workout to lose weight, workout to be healthier, better at sports, and feel good.

Opinions

Opinions, everyone has one and everyone has a different one. People just have to learn to accept them. (I'm pretty sure I heard that some where)
Some take opinions of other so personally. It's like when someone hates a show and someone likes it, the person that likes it either pressures that person into liking it or into the person that likes it to hate the person that dislikes it.

People shouldn't really care about what others have to say about them, a movie, celebrity, TV show or about life in general. In general everyone would probably be a bit happier if they didn't care about opinions. Mostly everything that comes out of our mouth is an opinion.

There are many opinions opinions on who we are, what we are(animal/aliens), politics, TV shows, books, etc. The list could go on forever.  The definition of opinion is: a personal view, attitude or appraisal. That is all it is a point of view. My point of view is probably different than yours. Every one thinks different, unless you have a clone clone, which no one has yet.

When someone tries to argue to you about an opinion that you have tell them that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and you shouldn't care what I think the same as you about (whatever your discussing)

How Are You?

Why is it that we say we are fine when someone says "How are you?" Why are we honest to them.
Why don't we say we are okay or not fine. Is it  easier to say we are good or do we not want to bore people.

There are many ways to say "How are you?". There is:

  • What's up?
  • How's it going?
  • How are you doing?
  • How is your life?
In all of these ways we still say we are good or fine. I want you all to tell me how you truly feel in the comment.

We say we are good because we are scare that people are going to ask us why are we not fine. Chances are that we are not all fine,  your life right now could be fine but to some it's not fine. They could be sick, someone in their family could of passed away, or everything they do is wrong. 

The truth of how I feel is that I'm not fine, sometimes I get really upset for no reason or I just start crying. I also sometimes I feel really stress. After all this when someone tells me how am I, i say I'm good.

Thigh Gap

Why are girls obsessing over thigh gaps? Where did thigh gaps start? When I first heard of thigh gaps I thought it was thing that made your thighs separate from each other. The first time I heard of thigh gaps was from Andrea Russet on one of her videos. I personally don't have a thigh gap and I'm fine with that.

Thigh gaps is actually something that naturally happens. its actually your hip bone that is wider than others. So, when girls try to get a thigh gaps and cant't its because it's not them that they aren't skinny enough its because their body wasn't made for it. Why did thigh gaps turn to mean that if you have you are skinny? I'm skinny and I don't have a thigh gap.

Some one once told me that they wish they didn't have a thigh gap but had my legs. My legs are those legs that if you sit down they get fatter and they are also long, people tell me that I can be a model but I don't want to because with my jean size I would have to be a plus size model.(That's another post)

I'm just saying that having a thigh gap is something that you are born with. It all depends on your bone structure. Everyone has a different bone structure. Some people think that your thighs are big because they have fat but sometimes its just muscles that you need. If you exercise to get your thigh gap all your doing is toning your muscles. Don't stop eating to get skinny to get a thigh gap because you don't need it.

Just remember your thighs are friends and they like each other.
