Thigh gaps is actually something that naturally happens. its actually your hip bone that is wider than others. So, when girls try to get a thigh gaps and cant't its because it's not them that they aren't skinny enough its because their body wasn't made for it. Why did thigh gaps turn to mean that if you have you are skinny? I'm skinny and I don't have a thigh gap.
Some one once told me that they wish they didn't have a thigh gap but had my legs. My legs are those legs that if you sit down they get fatter and they are also long, people tell me that I can be a model but I don't want to because with my jean size I would have to be a plus size model.(That's another post)
I'm just saying that having a thigh gap is something that you are born with. It all depends on your bone structure. Everyone has a different bone structure. Some people think that your thighs are big because they have fat but sometimes its just muscles that you need. If you exercise to get your thigh gap all your doing is toning your muscles. Don't stop eating to get skinny to get a thigh gap because you don't need it.
Just remember your thighs are friends and they like each other.
