Why don't we say we are okay or not fine. Is it easier to say we are good or do we not want to bore people.
There are many ways to say "How are you?". There is:
- What's up?
- How's it going?
- How are you doing?
- How is your life?
In all of these ways we still say we are good or fine. I want you all to tell me how you truly feel in the comment.
We say we are good because we are scare that people are going to ask us why are we not fine. Chances are that we are not all fine, your life right now could be fine but to some it's not fine. They could be sick, someone in their family could of passed away, or everything they do is wrong.
The truth of how I feel is that I'm not fine, sometimes I get really upset for no reason or I just start crying. I also sometimes I feel really stress. After all this when someone tells me how am I, i say I'm good.

I'm doing GCSE's and my god, I'm not sure if it connects but I keep feeling the need to do things, every night at about 2am I go down stairs and turn the tap on and off, EVERY NIGHT. I tell myself not too but I can't help it, Its weird, I don't know..
